We developed a tube that cannot rust or be attacked by condensation with a low PH value.

SABS 719 Steel Tubing and Grip Tubing
(Glass reinforced plastic is used)

• The steel tubing gets drawn to a 100% round size within.
• The grip tubing then gets pressed into the steel tubing, giving a 100% round and good finish.
• It is not possible for any condensation to get in between the tubes due to the tight fit.
• The wall thickness of the steel tubing is 4,5mm.
• The wall thickness of the grip tubing is 5mm.
• The total wall thickness is 9,5mm.

  Test pressure: 104,53 BAR. Safe working pressure: 35 BAR.

  This tubing is available in 4 off imperial sizes:
  6” - 8” - 10” and 12” bores can replace the barrels of the standard martin air cylinder. The same seal kits are used. All our cylinders have cushioning.
